THE COUNTDOWN
During the last ten years we have been involved with Christ planting His Church in Tenancingo and the region. We have witnessed God pierce one of the darkest regions of Mexico with the light of His Gospel. You may have been a partner with us, through prayer, giving or serving. We thank you. You also have the reward and joy of having given, and even sacrificed to see the birth of this new life. So many of the new believers in Tenancingo, Tonatico, Ixtapan de la Sal are grateful for your faithfulness to God. You are trully storing up treasures in heaven.
We are on our first home assignment (furlough) in ten years. “Raising support” is not an easy task. Two convictions have surfaced during this time. First, we are called to see the dark and abandoned cities and towns of the Tenancingo region filled with the hope of His gospel. Secondly, God has some who will be special partners with us to pray and give so we can go.
NEW PARTNERS NEEDED
Would you pray and ask God if he would have you invest in planting His church in Southern Mexico. With the sudden increase of our family from two to 5, our financial needs have almost doubled. Before the adoption we were also undersupported. We have been told by our mission we need to raise an additional $2,250 in monthly pledges to return to Mexico.
We have been asking God for
10 partners to give or increase giving $25 a month = $250
10 parnters to give or increase giving $50 a month = $500
5 partners to give or increase giving $100 a month = $500
5 partners to give or increase giving $200 a month = $1000
To date, since arriving, we have received only two new pledges, totally $500. They were from churches supporting who increased their support. We have a remaining $1,750 to raise in monthly pledges to return to Mexico.

NEW TARGET DATE FOR RETURN TO MEXICO
Our new target date for return is November 27, 2007. While the churches are doing well, many many towns remain unreached that need to hear the Gospel. While we have been refreshed on this time home, our hearts continue to ache for these abandoned cities and we want to return to what God has called us to. How shall they believe unless they hear? We thank you for your prayers, your support and encouragement to us and your partnership with God's desire to spread new joy and hope throughout dark Mexico.
